Refund policy

 

There are NO refunds, replacements, or exchanges.

We ONLY refund/replace/exchange items that were incorrectly sent or missing from you order and it must be reported within 24 hours of order being delivered. 

Bee Pretty is NOT responsible for ANY lost, stolen, damaged packages during shipping.

United States Postal Services MUST be contacted if any packages are lost, stolen, damaged or for any shipping inquires after items have been shipped. 

Contact USPS to file a claim if your items are lost, stolen, or damaged.

**PLEASE NOTE: ALL POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER UNLESS IT IS OUR FAULT.**
